Dr. James McAdoo
Dr. McAdoo performed a one-year rotating internship at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital where he completed 5-years training in general surgery . As a general surgery resident, he was accepted into the Klinert Kutz microsurgery and hand surgery fellowship in Louisville, Kentucky, under the direction of the internationally acclaimed hand surgeon Klinert, M.D. Then as a hand fellow, Dr McAdoo was accepted into the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Residency of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine at South Pointe Hospital part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System. During his time in Cleveland, Dr. McAdoo has been published in several journals and served as the Chief Resident of the program. With 17 years of higher education, medical, and surgical training behind him, Dr. McAdoo started his career by joining the Featherstone Clinic, S.C. for the last 3 years. Now Dr. McAdoo has started his own practice to offer the latest additions to his plastic surgery repertoire. He is currently completing board certification in both plastic / reconstructive surgery and general surgery. During his time in practice at the former Featherstone Clinic and now at his new Emerging Beauty Plastic Surgery Office, Dr. McAdoo has established himself as an educator and leader in his field both locally and nationally. He is a member of The American Osteopathic Association, The American Medical Association and their respective local organizations. |
